With the hype continuing to build for Grand Theft Auto VI, Rockstar Games has revealed another look at what players can expect when they finally launch the game we have all been waiting for. This time, the spotlight is on one of the most recognizable features from the saga... It's music and in-game radio. In an announcement released on the 8th of October 2026, Rockstar Games previewed six radio stations from the new GTA 6 video game.

It is confirmed that the game will introduce on-demand podcasts for the first time in the history of the Grand Theft Auto series. This will give fans another look into the level of detail Rockstar is bringing to its next title. During the studio's showcase, they highlighted six stations representing different musical styles across the state of Leonida. The revealed stations include:

1. Cocoteo FM: "Cocoteo FM is Leonida's home for the best of modern Latin music. Hosted by El Martillo and La Gata and featuring everything from bachata and merengue to dembow and reggaeton – Cocoteo FM is el party que nunca se apaga."
2. Back Country Radio: "MW and Delta Dawne blast renegade country music to the Grassrivers, Port Gellhorn, and beyond. Stay tuned for Back Country’s roving reporter, swamp meteorologist, and Delta’s not-so-secret lover Mud Dog Mike checking in from the driver’s seat of his Grassrivers airboat."
3. AfroBank FM: "Turn up the gbedu with Burna and Palmsy, AfroBank FM's dynamic duo curating the best in African music, from 20th-century classics and undiscovered gems to contemporary sounds like amapiano, 3-step, and more."
4. The Camber 106.6: "Crushing metal has landed in Leonida. Jump in the pit with DJ Kerry and DJ Tom for decades of timeless metal anthems as they channel Leonida’s deep metal roots."
5. FlashFM: "The Vice City institution that delivers the best in pop music with Robyn and Alex – guaranteed to make you dance no matter where you find yourself in the Goodtime State."
6. Dirty South Classics: "A little southern hospitality from Trick and Trina, blasting regional rap and hip-hop classics. From the beach to the block, nobody reps Leonida and the South like they do. "

The above stations form part of what Rockstar describes as the biggest and widest-ranging selection of radio stations in the series' history. For many players music is an essential part of the GTA experience. Alongside the already released stations, the studio is also preparing to release Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album, an official soundtrack produced in partnerships with Atlantic Records.

The album is scheduled to launch alongside the game on the 19th of November 2026. The album features 24 original tracks intended to capture the style and energy of the game.
