Could the odd pint once awhile give health benefits?
2 hours ago Aidan

Some studies found that if you had a beer once awhile, you could gain a substantial amount of B6 Vitamins which is important as it helps your brain, blood and immune system! Which could mean when you have a beer, you are apparently giving your system roughly 15% worth of your daily B6 Vitamins- this also includes the same alcohol-free lager.

As from what researchers current suggest is that when beer is brewed that the ingredients they use for example like wheat & brewer's yeast contains B6 vitamins which don't get killed off.

Out of 65 beers that has been tested from local supermarkets in Germany, they've found that Bock beer has the highest amount of B6 which was shortly followed by lagers and dark lagers- then wheat beers and also Rice Beer, which proves to have the least amount of B6 vitamins.

Additionally, the NHS also states that men need 1.4mg and women need 1.2mg of Vitamin B6 and that apparently a litre of beer contains roughly anywhere from 0.3mg up to 1mg from this research.

I wonder what your thoughts on this would be, so why don't you tell me your thoughts! As I've found this to be pretty interesting and something that I would not expect to of have found out!  As a little fact as well from what I've covered earlier is that alcohol-free lager had roughly 59% of B6 Vitamins!
