Have they gone too far?
A group of protesters who call themselves "direction action everywhere" bombarded a Northbridge (Perth, Australia) restaurant last night just after 7 pm taking their anti-meat message with them.
About 15 protesters who had no reservations or any intention of dining what so ever marched into outback jacks resistant in attempt to spread there message in the name of saving animals.
The protesters said they planned a peaceful protest but the restaurant staff overreacted. A video online shows the protesters yelling in peoples faces with megaphones and throwing things out of peoples hands. All through this was meant to be a peaceful protest it clearly didn't end up like that.
The restaurant staff are shown escorting the protesters out of the building and an argument occurring over who was in the wrong.
One of the protesters, James Warden spoke on behalf of the direction action everywhere group saying that "they are serving many animals inside their restaurant, animals that didn't want to die"
They were drawn to this restaurant by the following sign that was placed outside on the building:
This is only the start according to James with outback jack's being one of many restaurants they are due to target
"First they ignore us, then they laugh at us, then they fight us, then we win" - James Warden (direction action everywhere).
