The well-known ticket reseller Viragogo sent to high court after watchdog raises concerns that it is breaking consumer protection laws.

Three out of the four promised to change their ways but Viagogo has failed to change as has been required by the CMA which means that legal action was announced on Friday.
Back in may of the year, digital industries minister Margot James stated: "don't choose Viagogo - they are the worst".
The CMA's investigation that lasted a year in total seemed to find that some ticket resellers may be failing to tell consumers about restrictions on the tickets they are buying which in case you don't know, its illegal.
Keep an eye out when buying your tickets. Check the terms and conditions and make sure you're not ripped off!
