Netflix has angered many actors and directors with new feature
Netflix has added a new feature, much like YouTube's speed feature which allows users to adjust the speed of the show or movie that they're watching. The new feature gives users the option of increasing or decreasing the speed of what they're viewing.
Aaron Paul, most known for playing 'Jesse Pinkman' in Breaking Bad and the new El Camino movie, is one of many stars to respond to Netflix's newest addition. Paul stated that the new addition means Netflix is "completely taking control of everyone else's art and destroying it."
Director Judd Apatow voiced his own opinion saying that the new option is "ridiculous and insulting." Along with Brad Bird tweeting that it's "another cut to the already bleeding-out cinema experience."
New Addition only to Android?
Although the new addition has only been released onto Android devices during the trial phase, if Netflix does decide to move forward and make this a permanent feature to their service then it will eventually be released for Apple and Microsoft devices as well.
