Robbie william's lifestyle almost killed him, how?
Robbie Williams has confessed he would probably have ended up dying if he didn't sort out bad habits and address his mental health. Williams, 45, unveiled the whole truth in the latest WW (formerly weight watchers) podcast, as he feared he was "going to die" if he didn't "take action" towards his eating habits and busy lifestyle.
He battled his weight for many years and also used to smoke 40 cigarettes a day and was previously entered into rehab for an addiction to prescription drugs. However, he has since shut out those bad habits and is now moving on, following a health and fitness plan after joining WW.
He admits that mental health should not be a taboo subject as it is so important to get better, he also says discussed how it was vital for him to get better as he has 3 children (Teddy - 6, Charlie - 4 and Coco - 18 months) with wife Ayda Field and he's talked about how he needed to get better for them.
