REPORTEDLY, APPLE TURNED A RUSSIAN MAN GAY.
A Russian man has allegedly filed a complaint towards Apple for 'turning him gay'. The Russian man, called D.E. Razumilov (good luck trying to pronounce that), has had an app on his phone called 'GayCoin'.
He decided to "try some same-sex relationships" after managing to generate 67 GayCoins. GayCoins is a cryptocurrency app that he decided to download back in 2017. Nowadays, there are all types of cryptocurrency, some more well-known like bitcoin, or some, more of a joke, like 'Dogecoin'.
The Russian man is suing Apple for one million rubles, which translates to around £12,500 or $15,500 USD. This all started when he received a gift from one random stranger, with a message that stated: "Don't judge without trying".
In his complaint that he filed, he declared that "I thought, indeed, how can I judge something without trying it?".
After only two months trying this new lifestyle app, he describes his boyfriend as a stable relationship, that he now can't get out of. He then goes on to state he doesn't know how to explain the situation he has gotten into to his parents.
His life has "changed for the worse and will never be normal again".
He files this complaint under the fact that Apple has manipulated him toward homosexuality, which, reportedly, caused "moral suffering", and he is claiming that it is bad for his mental health.
One would assume his motives could be complex, such as the fact that the App Store is so controlled by Apple, that if they allow the app, it must be endorsed by Apple. Yet, it could just be as simple as wanting to get some money, or publicity out of this situation.
The complaint was registered on September 20th, and Razumilov has been asked to be interviewed on October 17th.
DO YOU THINK RAZUMILOV IS BEING REASONABLE?
