This weeks topic: End of the World
The End of the World theories and conspiracies have been around since the dawn of time, dating back to the ancient Mayans.
Over the past few years, you may have heard an increase in theories about asteroids, planets, aliens and more which are going to end our World as we know it.
Let us explore some today!
Recently, there has been a mass scare in the Media showing how we are close to nuclear warfare.
This is shown through possibilities on how it will arise, such as political tension, government infiltrations and even as far as deep fakes.
So, what does this all mean?
Nuclear Warfare is a definition used to describe the launch of nuclear weapons, subsequently leading to mass problems.
This could be between two countries but also spans as far as a whole new World War.
Day Of Judgement
The "Day Of Judgement" is a religious term used to describe when God will end the world and decide whether you go to Heaven or Hell.
This is represented differently between religions.
In Islam, it is represented as the Yawm al-din, where the dead will arise and be judged by Allah whether they go to Jannah (Heaven) or Jahannam (Hell).
However, in Christianity, it is similar but not quite the same.
Christianity teaches we will all be judged by God on the second coming of Jesus.
In an overview, there will be the weighing of souls, the resurrection of the dead and the separation of "the saved and the damned".
Global Warming is a worldwide epidemic.
In recent years, humans have noticed the detrimental impact day to day activities have had on the world, such as driving and industrialization.
This is alongside our day to day packaging we use for essential products such as water.
We've learned that all of this has been destroying the world slowly.
People have been trying to change their ways such as buying reusable things like straws and cups but does it all make a difference?
One example would be melting icebergs, this is causing water levels to rise to an extreme level!
This could lead to flooding on land and worse.
It is also shown to be changing seasonal effects, like winters getting colder and summers getting hotter, or vice versa.
All of this is believed to lead to the end, if not the most reasonable idea.
