RAIL ACCIDENT ON A SOUTHEND TRAIN!


A passenger reported it to the driver at Hockley station, in Essex, at 07:20 BST on the Liverpool Street to Southend line on 22nd of August to the Rail Accident Investigation Branch!


The Rail Accident Team said it shouldn't be happening!
They also replied with;
"We immediately took the train out of service when this happened and carried out our own investigation into the incident.
The train was speeding up to 80mph!
If you have seen it happen on a train you should report it to the driver fast!"

Train operator Greater Anglia said the carriage had immediately been taken out of service because of the accident with the doors, this was going to Southend when a customer on the train seen it happen!
The driver had to stop at the next stop and call the Rail Accident Team!
No-one was injured in this incident and there have been no further incidents since
