The artist releases two new singles a week before the release of her new album
There is only one week left so we can listen to Lana Del Rey's new album, NFR!
But the artist has wanted to give a preview of what is coming.
And how did she do it? With two new songs: F**k It Love You and The Greatest.
F**k It Love You is a classic ballad, within Lana's ideology.
Produced by Jack Antanoff, the theme, Lana explained to BBC Radio 1:
“It was the last song I made for the album.
I wanted something with some surf drums, so we did this.
It's a theme about my mood, that's why I wanted to make a video where I was browsing.
It was fun".
For The Greatest, Lana bets on pulling nostalgia.
The theme is full of references to rock classics.
For example, she mentions the bar that The Beach Boys attended and their 1988 song, Kokomo.
But not only that, she also throws a strip to Kanye West for his relationship with Donald Trump.
And the artist has always publicly criticized the president of the United States for his policies.
In addition, this double release has been accompanied by a video clip with the two songs.
Directed by Rich Lee, we see Lana surfing and boating.
Come on, a visual ode to the sea.
With the vintage style which we are accustomed, it is a beautiful visual bet.
It is not, much less, the first time she works with Lee.
Lana was under his orders in Love, Lust for Life and White Mustang.
