The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports that 47-year-old Christopher Crivolio entered the request Tuesday to a 'Government Data Fraud Charge'.

Investigators state he sent the messages in August 2018 without the approval of his previous Chesterfield business, Mantality Health, which treats men with low testosterone. Mantality proprietor Kevin Meuret has said the organisation's email framework was hacked. He assessed that 20 candidates got the messages.

Crivolio faces as long as a half year in prison at sentencing in November.
