JLS star Oritse Williams accused of rape
Oritse Williams is best known as a former member of the boy band JLS.
In December 2016, Oritse Williams was accused of sexually assaulting a fan.
On the night of the incident, Oritse was doing a solo career concert in Wolverhampton.
Oritse's manager, Jamien Nagadhana, was accused of being involved.
Jamien denied the accusations of involvement.
The recent update has revealed that Oritse pleaded not guilty to rape.
It is revealed that the female and her two friends were at a nightclub when they suddenly bumped into Oritse and Jamien after the concert.
While having a fun time at the nightclub, one of the females 'blacked out' and had to be put into a taxi back home.
The alleged rape victim and her other friend went back to Oritse's hotel room with Oritse and Jamien.
Once having some more booze, the two females left the hotel room.
But the alleged rape victim suddenly returned alone to look for her phone.
Oritse told police in an interview that the female and her friend wanted to go to the hotel and do some sexual activity.
"I'm the artist. I think both of them, they both kind of wanted to be involved with me in some degree."
The alleged victim mentions how Jamien sexually assaulted her.
When questioned Oritse told the police that Jamien was asleep and that he had nothing to do with it.
In the last part of the court hearing, she explained how she lay down like a dead body.
"I was quite scared. I felt more pathetic if that makes sense. I felt just worthless."
The trial is still being continued.
