Halo is a pop-ballad featuring; drums, pianos, keyboards, strings, and synthesizers. 'Halo' received positive reviews from music critics and was compared to Leona Lewis' song 'Bleeding Love'.

It was released in the United Kingdom on Drake's 'Thank me later' album in 2010. 1 year after it's initial Canadian release back in 2009. This song reached number 2 in the US Billboard Hot 100, becoming Drake's first top-ten single.

When Love Takes Over


This song was released by French DJ-music producer David Guetta, with vocals by Kelly Rowland, back in 2009. It was released as the lead single from his 2009 album, One Love, which was released on April 21st. Originally, the song was released as a backing track for Guetta's summer mixes, but Rowland fell in love with it and convinced Guetta to allow her to write and sing lyrics for the song.

I can't believe that these songs were released ten years ago, and they're still being played constantly on the radio, in clubs, and that most of the artists are still producing amazing songs even to this day!
