Bex: What is your role at UpBeat for those who don't know?
Vertex: Well, currently my roles at UpBeat are Radio DJ and News Reporter.
Bex: What do these roles consist of?
Vertex: As a Radio DJ I get to entertain UpBeat's listeners by playing music as well as taking their requests and shoutouts. When it comes to being News Reporter I make news articles on important and not so important topics.
Bex: What is your best experience you have had at UpBeat or in real life?
Vertex: Well my best experience at UpBeat is how I got to become friends with so many great people and my best in real life experience is when I moved from Australia to Scotland.
Bex: What was the first concert you went to and why?
Vertex: The first Concert I went to was a 5 Seconds Of Summer concert. I went to this concert because they were my favorite band at the time and I begged my mum to buy me tickets.
Bex: Who is your favorite staff member here at UpBeat?
Vertex: Well... that's a hard one. I don't think I could actually say who my favorite staff member is as I just couldn't choose.
Bex: Which person, dead or alive inspires you the most and why?
Vertex: My main inspiration for the past few years has been Sean Mcloughlin (Jacksepticeye) because how he can always seem to push a positive attitude towards everyone and has always tried to cheer people up.
Bex: What would be one thing you would change in your life?
Vertex: I think the one thing I would change in my life is the amount I sleep. I need to sleep more.
Bex: If you won 1 million pounds what would you do with it and why?
Vertex: Most likely I would give half of it to charity and the rest to my parents for them to buy a house.
Bex: What for you was your best childhood memory?
Vertex: My best childhood memory was when I got my dog in 2011.
Bex: What advice would you give to people wanting to join UpBeat?
Vertex: Make sure your attitude towards people isn't bad as that will make your time at UpBeat very short. Also if you are shy don't worry as most people who joined UpBeat were shy at first but gained confidence through UpBeat.
