Strictly star AJ Pritchard and his sibling Curtis have been harmed in an "unprovoked" assault while on a night out.
The brothers were with two mates when they were attacked in Nantwich, Cheshire, over the festive period.
They were assaulted by a gathering of hooligans in a dance club on Thursday, as per reports.
AJ, who is one of the professionals on hit TV competition Strictly Come Dancing, endured wounding to his face, arms, body and legs in the "unprovoked" attack, a family representative revealed to Sky News.
Curtis, a professional dancer on the Irish rendition of the show Dancing With The Stars, is expected to have an emergency operation in the coming days subsequent to support his knee damage. He likewise had wounds to his eye and face.
Curtis, aged 22, will no longer be competing in next years 'Dancing With the Stars' due to his injuries. The show wishes him a 'fast recovery' and left a note on their twitter saying 'As a result of the injuries sustained, he will not have recovered in time for the launch of the new series, which will air 6th January 2019.'
The show is currently on the lookout for a replacement for Curtis, due to this matter.
