A Station Presenter is the core role of UpBeat. Station Presenters are responsible for keeping listeners entertained throughout the day by hosting a range of competitions, taking requests and shoutouts and playing the freshest hits. If you love music, this is the role for you!
» You must be able to present a minimum of 2 slots (hours) per week.
» You must be the age of 16 or above.
» You must be confident and willing to speak infront of a large audience.
» You must be willing to play a large variety of music.
» You must have a clear and working microphone.
» You must have a good attitude and be able to work as part of a team.
» You must have a Discord account.
» You must have a collection of over 300 songs.
» You must be aware that this is a non-paying voluntary role.
A Content Reporter is responsible for actively posting articles to the UpBeat site. Articles are to contain a variety of topics such as UpBeat news, affiliate news, music related gossip etc. You are to keep the community and visitors of the site updated with the latest news. If you have a passion for writing, Content Reporter is the role for you!

» You must be fluent in the English language.
» You must have a good attitude and be able to work as part of a team.

A Content Mentor is to assist the daily on-goings of the Content Department. You will be required to set up Reporters, whilst managing your own team in order to gain those key leadership skills. You are the main connection between the Reporters and Management to provide the best outcome for site visitors.
» You must be the age of 16 or above.
» You must be fluent in the English language.
» You must have extensive understanding of basic and advanced punctuation and grammar.
» You must be able to remain friendly, calm and collected.
» You must have good activity within the Discord.
» You must be able to react and act quickly in response to situations.
» You must be friendly and approachable.
» You must be aware that this is a non-paying voluntary role.
At UpBeat, a Content Manager is incharge of the Content Department. Assuring that all media articles are edited and posted according to UpBeat's guidelines. This position will also include writing the "Weekly Rundown" and overseeing a staff of Mentors and Reporters.
» You must be the age of 16 or above.
» You must be fluent in the English language.
» You must have thorough understanding of basic punctuation and grammar.
» You must be able to work as part of a team.
» You must have good activity within the Discord.
» You must be able to find new ways to improve the department and provide new suggestions weekly.
» You must be aware that this is a non-paying voluntary role.
At UpBeat, Digital Media is a critical role that includes Graphic Designers and Social Media Assistants who are expected to help grow, promote, and evolve UpBeat. Individuals in this position must be extremely trustworthy and have extensive prior experience.
» You must be the age of 16 or above.
» You must have good organisation skills.
» You must be able to work as part of a team.
» You must be willing to produce work on a timely basis and be able to meet deadlines.
» You must be friendly and approachable.
» You must be aware that this is a non-paying voluntary role.
» You must have a passion for design & typography & different types of design.
» You must have general knowledge of colour theory.
» You must be tolerant and understanding of criticism.
» You must have Adobe software.
